The allotted time for invited speakers is 45 minutes, with 35-40 minutes suggested for the presentation and an additional 5-10 minutes for audience discussion and questions.
Individual oral presentations can be authored by either an individual or a group. These presentations are organised into thematic sessions aligned with the conference topics, so the abstract should correspond to one of the main conference themes. Each session is chaired by a session leader and consists of 4 to 6 individual oral presentations. The total time allocated for each session is 120 minutes, with 10-15 minutes recommended for each presentation, followed by 5-10 minutes for audience discussion and questions.
Poster presentations can be authored by either an individual or a group and will be displayed on portable walls. Poster sessions offer a combination of graphic material display and the chance for personalised, informal discussions about the research topic. Authors will be available at times to accompany their posters and answer questions from conference attendees. Each poster session lasts 120 minutes. Posters will be displayed as printed materials. The presenting author must be available throughout the session and ensure the poster is removed within 30 minutes after the session concludes. The maximum poster size is A1 (594 x 841 mm), with a vertical layout.
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts and presentations must be submitted in English. The email address used for registration must be used for all conference-related activities, including abstract submission. Abstracts should be no longer than 400 words, excluding the title, author(s), and institution names. Tables and figures (such as charts, graphs, or other non-text content) are not allowed in the abstract, though formulas are permitted.
- The committee will make the final decisions regarding presentation allocation and format based on their expertise. The presenting author must register by June 1, 2025. Failure to register by this date or using different email addresses may result in the abstract being excluded from the abstract book.
- By submitting an abstract, authors agree that their names and affiliations, as well as the abstract, will be stored electronically and may be published on the conference website.
- After submission, abstracts can be revised or updated until April 1, 2025. Please log in to Conftool to make any amendments.
- If authors need to withdraw an abstract, a written statement with the reasons for the withdrawal must be sent to the Secretariat (conference@seventips.lt) no later than May 24, 2025. Withdrawals after this date cannot be accepted.
